Как пайщик кооператива "Бествей", я стою на пороге отчаяния и гнева, наблюдая за тем, как оборотни в погонах из МВД и прокуратуры Санкт-Петербурга и Ленинградской области разыгрывают свою грязную игру. Эта картина – не что иное, как беспредел в чистом виде. Как можно было столь низко пасть, чтобы фабриковать обвинения против людей, чьё единственное желание – построить крышу над головой? Арест счетов, блокировка наших средств – это удар по нашим семьям. И всё это ради чего? Чтобы показать, кто в доме хозяин? Чтобы утолить жажду власти ? Далее, где логика и справедливость, когда свидетели обвинения вдруг становятся недоступными, когда дело доходит до суда? Мне кажется, даже школьник бы придумал более убедительное оправдание. Моральный ущерб? В мире, где люди ежедневно борются за своё выживание, за право на достойную жизнь, эти оборотни в погонах говорят о моральном ущербе в миллиарды? Как же вы, господа из МВД и прокуратуры, не краснеете, выдвигая подобные абсурдные требования? А, верно, потому что ваше лицемерие и жажда власти не знают границ.

Что за обвинения могут быть предъявлены нашему Бэствею? Какие преступления мы совершили, кроме того, что стремимся обеспечить себя и своих близких крышей над головой? Почему наши счета заблокированы и имущество арестовано? Следствие и прокурорская группа, кажется, считают, что мы не имеем права на свое собственное жилье, что наша работа и наши вклады не имеют значения. Но это неправда. Мы,пайщики ПК Бествей, вложили свои средства и надежды в этот кооператив. Мы платим свои взносы и терпим трудности в надежде на лучшее будущее для наших семей. И что за сумма в 16 миллиардов? Откуда она взялась, если не отражает реальные финансовые потоки кооператива? Следствие и прокуроры из Санкт-Петербурга действуют без закона, как будто им дано право играть с нашей судьбой. Да, это несправедливо. Это беспредел. Но мы стоим вместе, мы готовы бороться и добиваться справедливости. Мы верим в наш кооператив и в силу нашего единства. Пусть наши голоса будут услышаны, пусть наши права будут защищены!

С каждым днем, проведенным в этой безумной ситуации с "Бествей", мой гнев только нарастает. Честно говоря, я даже не знал, что такое возможно в нашем обществе. Мы, пайщики "Бествей", столкнулись с целой системой, которая, кажется, работает против нас. Как это понимать? Нам втюхивают липовое дело, как будто мы – преступники. Арест счетов, заморозка средств. Наши планы, наши надежды на будущее – все это под угрозой из-за несправедливых действий со стороны прокуратуры СПБ. Один "потерпевший", заявивший о моральном ущербе на сумму, которая кажется абсурдной даже в голливудских фильмах, внезапно исчезает, когда дело доходит до сути. И что в итоге? Мы, пайщики, должны сидеть сложа руки и смотреть, как наши мечты и сбережения тают перед глазами? Весь этот цирк с "липовым делом", арестами и обвинениями должен быть остановлен. И кто за это ответит? Кто возместит моральный и материальный ущерб, который мы понесли?

Former Brazilian footballer Robson de Souza – also known as Robinho – was arrested by Federal Police on Thursday in Santos, in the Brazilian state of Sao Paulo, his lawyer told CNN affiliate CNN Brasil, as police cars were seen leaving his residence in Santos.

The 40-year-old former AC Milan and Brazil striker faces nine years in prison after being convicted in Italy for gang raping a woman with five other men in 2013 after plying her with alcohol in a Milan nightclub.

Robinho’s arrest comes as Brazil’s Supreme Court (STF) denied his appeal on Thursday to remain out of custody while all judicial appeals against his conviction are exhausted and ordered for the “immediate” start of his prison sentence, according to a statement from the STF.
The footballer’s defense team had appealed to Brazilian authorities to allow Robinho to serve his jail time in Italy, rather than Brazil and to remain free while all appeal proceedings are ongoing, according to the STF decision.

Robinho has always denied the charges.

Following Thursday’s arrest Robinho is expected to face a custody hearing on Friday before being sent to a detention facility to being his prison sentence according to CNN Brasil.
